When WinDVD launches, right click and choose Setup. Go to Audio/Video setup tab. At the bottom, uncheck "Allow WinDVD to check if Blu-ray is supported in the Windows Aero environment(Windows7 only).". Then it suddenly starts working. If you have troubles playing Blu-raydiscs in Windows 7, try this. When WinDVD launches, right click and choose Setup. Go to Audio/Video setup tab.
